     Mommy has a new diaper boy to play wif. I know, I am thrilled. He is a little older than Mommy is, but that just reminds me of caring for my dad and how sweet he was so it works well for me. I had the best time powdering his bottom and feeding him babas. Don’t worry angels. Mommy will still be here for you. Mommies have special hearts and can love all of their little ones. Mommy is still here to diaper and spoil you.

      Ms. Ava here on Spring Break.  I know it seems a little early for it, but I was sooo ready for some time to relax. I got me a cute little bikini this weekend while shopping. I can’t wait to show it off. The cups are a little tight up top, but I think that is why I bought it *wink I maybe a teacher but I am most definitely not frumpy. My curves are something I am proud of and love to show off.

     I will be doing tutoring sessions for boys over the break that need some help with their sexucation. If this is you, boy oh boy we better get to work. Lots of cram sessions and hands on studying. I think first I might teach you what I consider a good cram session, it just might be what you thin k it is. *wink.

   Nursie is ready for a new week of appointments with my abies. So for those of you that Mommy is bringing to visit, just relax because Nurse Betty will be gentle (unless you are one of those *different* patients that nursie can run wild with *smile*). I give treats to those who behave in my office. The things I do are only to make sure you get to feeling you’re very very best. Who wouldn’t like that?

   If you are ready for your appointment phone nurse Betty is ready for you. One little one came in with a tummy ache complaint. I looked him over, checked everything out and he wasn’t making poopies very often. I took care of that for him though. His mommy was pleased when he had a poopie diaper shortly after.

   Hello sweeties. I hope that everyone  is ready for a good week. This one didn't start off the best. No stress,or negative thoughts are going to bug me this week. Does that happen to you? When you feel it's just kind of a down time and you have to have those postive ideas to help?? That’s where I am. One good thing about yesterday was my friend's birthday.Happy Birthday again.
